During his career, Duncan has led financial advisory engagements in respect of the Phu My 2-2 gas-fired combined cycle power project (Vietnam), the Nam Theun 2 hydropower project (Laos), the Quang Ninh CFB coal-fired power project (Vietnam) and the Guangdong LNG receiving and storage terminal (China) as well as in respect of transactions in the water, telecommunications and transportation sectors.

Duncan has worked with clients under both competitive bid and negotiated development bases. He has strong transaction coordination and team management skills as well as an intimate knowledge of the funding sources available to investments in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
