In addition to providing financial and commercial advisory services, AEQUERO can provide specialised multidisciplinary consulting services covering legal and technical aspects of an investment opportunity; in particular, in relation to the purchase or sale of an asset or the development of a greenfield project in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Legal services provided by AEQUERO under such engagements are not intended to displace, but rather compliment, the role of the external legal counsel. Such services would centre on the review, negotiation and drafting of project documentation.
