Aequero is a boutique project development, financial advisory and asset management firm. Our principal focus is on investments in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular emphasis on the emerging opportunities in Clean Energy in the rapidly developing economies of Asia.

Aequero provides innovative financial and commercial advisory services to private & public companies, project developers, government & public sector entities, and financiers & investors in support of complex cross border initiatives, including market entry strategies, investments, divestitures and international project developments.

Aequero's preference is to have an active involvement through the full lifecycle of the client's investment. This enables us to optimize the added value that we bring to the transaction. We do, however, recognise that the needs of each client are different; as they are for each opportunity. To this end, we endeavour to structure each assignment to meet the specific requirements of the client and the transaction.

Our name, Aequero, derives from the combination of two Latin words: 'aequus', meaning level, even, calm, equal, favourable, just*, and 'quaero', meaning to seek, search for, get, obtain*.
